I offer coaching in business, career development, and English language communication. With over 18 years’ experience running an international recruitment business, I’ve worked with clients including Apple, Raytheon, and various tech start-ups. I’ve also coached professionals from TVP, CNBC and the BBC, and mentored on programmes for Google and the University of Nottingham.

I’m a certified EMCC Practitioner Coach, accredited by Oxford Brookes University. My approach combines techniques from Positive Psychology and Schema Coaching to help clients build resilience, overcome limiting beliefs, and develop a growth mindset.

Earlier in my career, I lectured in Film and English at UK institutions including Loughborough University. Outside of work, I enjoy tennis, hiking, and reading about psychology and personal development.

I offer sessions both online and in-person from my base in Warsaw.
